Aspera download/installation
Q: I didn't see the link to download Aspera upon log in, where do I go to download the Aspera software to speed up my downloads on Digibase?
A: Here is the url to download Aspera. You may need to log out of digibase and log back in once you install Aspera.

Searching
Q: I cannot find the asset that I am looking for. What should I do?
A: Sometimes the reason an asset, like a product photo for example, is not on Digibase is because it has not been photographed yet. In the case that you cannot find an asset, please fill out a help request form at the link below and be specific about year and quarter that the asset is for if you know.

Q: When I use tree search too many results come back. Can this be improved?
A: Yes. We are currently working on the solution in Tree Search so that you can drill down for more specific results.
Downloading
Q: When I download assets, where do they go?
A: Your assets are downloaded to the folder that is setup for downloads in the browser you are using. You should be able to go into your browsers properties or preferences and see/choose the path to the folder you'd like to save your downloads to. Typically, by default, most browsers download to a folder called "downloads" on your hard drive or C drive.
Q: I cannot find my download cart.
A: Your download cart should be located on the left panel of the Digibase site. In the case that it is not there, you should fill out a help request form so our Digibase tech can walk you through how to fix this issue.
Q: How do I add multiple assets to my download cart at once?
A: You can shift or ctrl click on each asset you would like to download so you can select multiple assets to click and drag into your download cart.
Sending Quick Links
Q: I cannot send quick links. Why is this happening?
A: First, you need to make sure you can see your download cart on the left panel of the Digibase site. If you do not see your download cart, you should fill out a help request form so our Digibase tech can walk you through how to fix this issue.
If you CAN see your download cart, just simply click and drag an asset into your cart. You should be able to choose from a drop down menu to be able to send a quick link. You can also watch the video tutorial at the link below.
